Purchase Flow Demo

I was assigned to create an animation demo on how the nate app’s purchase flow works. The demo goes over the flow process for new and existing users. I used After Effects to create the animation and Figma to create all screen assets.

Customer Reviews

As a method to gain awareness and reinforce brand legitimacy, I came up with the concept of including customer reviews on the nate app to be displayed on the company’s Instagram reels. From creating different designs to testing out prototypes, the customer reviews on Instagram Reels are handled and created by myself. I used Figma to create vectors for the background, and exported the vectors into After Effects to animate the background layers sliding up and down, as well as the remainder of the reel.

List of the Week

I manage all List of the Week Instagram Reels, which are short videos that go over a list created on the nate app and the interviewee’s favorite items from their list. I create and edit all aspects of the videos, and animate the list items and text using After Effects. I create the product cards on Figma following the company’s brand guidelines.

nate x NAKED

For the end of the summer, nate collaborated with Naked Retail in Soho to promote nate’s $50 sign-up bonus that would be added into users’ nate Cash, a virtual wallet that allows users to make purchases within the app.

Since I had already edited all photographic assets from the $50 Campaign shoot that were displayed in the store, I then had to create and manage video edits for nate’s Instagram Reels surrounding the one month pop-up. I edited the video clips using Premiere and added brand assets in the beginning and end of the video, creating a POV walkthrough video.

Title Animation Project

During my first two weeks at nate, I was assigned a title animation project for an app tutorial on how to save an item from Safari into the nate app.

I had two weeks to learn about the company and brand, familiarize myself with their existing brand guidelines, research various title animations, and create an animation that would correspond with the brand.

I was given a test video to use as the background in the video animation to show a clear visual on what the title animations would potentially look like on a mobile screen.
