$50 Campaign

Over the summer of 2021, nate launched the $50 campaign where all users, both new and existing, would gain $50 in their nate Wallet, a newly released feature in the updated app version.

On the design side of the campaign, the company hired a photographer to come in and shoot photos of a curated set of products that were aesthetically on-brand with nate. Once the photos were taken, I was left in charge of all photo edits for the entire campaign. There were two sets, one in a blue background setting and the other in a cream setting, all of which I edited the color, altered and fixed products, retouched, and extended the table and background.

Back to School Campaign

Towards the end of summer, nate was still promoting the $50 campaign, but with a refreshed set of products that were all related to back-to-school items.

Following the previous campaign, I was in charge of editing all still assets from the shoot and editing color, retouching and altering products, and achieving cohesiveness in color among all photos.

nate x SHOWFIELDS

Also during the summer, nate partnered up with SHOWFIELDS in Noho in continuation of promoting the $50 campaign. Products at SHOWFIELDS were created in a list on the nate app and advertised in exchange for SHOWFIELDS dedicating a section of the store to have nate branding on display.

The photos that were displayed on the wall are the same photos as the $50 Campaign which I had edited previously, and for this pop-up/activation, I had to edit the digital photos taken of the actual store and pop-up when the partnership went live. I followed brand guidelines in terms of photo warmth and visual aesthetics to create on-brand assets for the company’s social media, including but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

nate nation

During the fall season, nate began bringing more awareness on social media surrounding nate nation, a program meant for college students to act as nate ambassadors on participants’ college campuses.

nate had an in-house studio shoot, and after the photos were taken, I was left in charge of editing and managing all still assets that are seen on the company’s website and social platforms.

December Studio Content

For the month of December, nate had another in-house studio shoot for a variety of content that could be used on nate’s social media platforms.

I received all photo assets and edited all aspects of the photo, including but not limited to creating the phone screen on Figma and importing the screen into Photoshop., retouching products, color editing, and channel masking.

Holiday Campaign

For the holiday season, nate is focusing on bringing awareness to the app’s gifting feature. For this campaign, nate hired a third-party agency to shoot the video for this campaign.

Upon receiving the photos, the third-party agency had made some photo edits, but the edits were not on brand with nate, so I was assigned to manage and fix all photo assets to match nate’s brand guidelines. There was also background retouching that I handled in regards to a select few photos, for the backdrop was not properly covered during the shoot, which had to be digitally altered.
